Delivery and Collection

Delivery Information

 

We use Royal Mail tracked 24 delivery and charge according to Royal Mail pricing.

 

Orders will be dealt with and usually posted within 2 working days. We aim for you to receive your order ASAP.  Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. 

 

We would like you to receive your products as soon as possible so please make sure the address you specify for delivery in your order is correct. We cannot accept any liability for lost packages due to incorrect postal address/postcode supplied by you.

 

We reserve the right to refuse to deliver any products at any time.  For example we do not post glass items. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing of any product from delivery.

 

We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.

Arrange & Collect

 

We offer a collection service and after receiving payment will hold your items for you for as long as you require until you are able to collect them.  Collections can only be made while the shop is open. Opening hours can vary and can be found online or by contacting us. 

 

Returns Information

 

We really hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes we change our minds. If you would like to return your item within 14 days of delivery please email us at info@things-boscastle.co.uk where we will advise you of the next steps. We do ask all customers to cover the cost of returning the items if you change your mind. We are unable to accept returns for bespoke and made to order items, unless the item arrives damaged.  We are sorry that we cannot accept the return of earrings unless they have arrived faulty due to health and hygiene reasons.

 

Damaged Items

 

We pack items extremely carefully so that they should reach you in perfect condition, however if your item arrives damaged, PLEASE REPORT TO US WITHIN 48Hrs of receiving your parcel. Please email us at thingsboscastle@gmail.com with a photograph showing the damage to your order. This will help us to advise on the next steps.

 

Our Recycling Policy 

 

We are trying our best to help the environment at Things, so your order will often be packed in a previously used box, but we ensure that all packaging is clean, strong and appropriately sized. Your order will be carefully and considerately wrapped.
